This nordic steam cabin is big enough for one, small enough to keep indoors without using up too much space. I take it outside during summer as it is very light. So far no issue with it. Finger crossed 🤞

-
Sauna sessions stimulate the release of endorphins, which are natural pain-relieving and mood-enhancing chemicals in the body. Endorphins help reduce post-workout soreness and discomfort, making it easier for the muscles to recover.
The heat from saunas can also help improve joint mobility and flexibility, which is beneficial for muscle recovery. Relaxed and flexible joints contribute to better movement patterns during workouts, reducing the risk of injury and supporting overall muscle health.
-
Saunas can aid in better sleep by promoting muscle relaxation, reducing stress, improving circulation, and helping regulate body temperature.
The sauna's calming effects and the subsequent drop in body temperature after use can facilitate a more peaceful transition into sleep.
-
The high temperature and humidity in a wet sauna cause blood vessels to dilate, leading to increased blood flow to muscles and organs.
This improved circulation delivers more oxygen and nutrients to muscles, aiding in their recovery and reducing tension.
-
The increased circulation means more nutrients are being delivered to your skin and more blood flow will see your skin glow with a rosier, healthier complexion.
-
The heat and calming atmosphere of saunas can promote relaxation and reduce stress. Stress and tension in the body can hinder muscle recovery.
By easing muscle tension and promoting overall relaxation, saunas create a conducive environment for muscles to recover and heal.
-
The heat and sweating in saunas may help in eliminating toxins and waste products from the body, thereby supporting the immune system.
-
The high temperature in saunas causes blood vessels to dilate (vasodilation). This dilation increases blood flow to inflamed areas, bringing more oxygen and nutrients to promote healing and reduce inflammation.
-
While the calorie burn in a sauna is not as significant as traditional exercise, it does contribute to overall energy expenditure. Some studies suggest that a 20-minute sauna session can burn around 150-300 calories.
Ready to Use in Minutes
The Nordic ® sauna reaches full steam supply and temperature 130F/55°C in 15 minutes only.
I absolutely LOVE my home sauna. It gets hot so quickly and the steam is very thick. Very easy to set up as well...

Why use a home sauna
Regular steam sauna use leads to improvements in various cardiovascular parameters, such as increased heart rate, increased cardiac output, and reduced blood pressure.

Excellent for after workout sessions. Fast warmup of the cabin. Really enjoy it !
I have been wanting to get a personal sauna for a long time now but didn’t want to break the bank on one as I do not have much room in my apartment for one. This thing fits nicely in my bathroom and it’s portable if I ever want to take it camping or something. Overall I would recommend this sauna, this seller, and for you to go ahead and get one for yourself.
Love our sauna. After 2 weeks of consistent use I already noticed feeling less general joint achiness and I am sleeping better for the first time years!
Great company to deal with, works well very simple to set up. Steams up well keeps the heat in. Would recommend to anyone.
Love using this. Works great doesn’t take up a lot of space in my apartment and really easy to set up. Have been sleeping like a baby since I started using it. I like this Thermax brand...😍
I absolutely Love this Sauna!! I’m a Stroke Survivor (from Birth Control!), so I cant wait to see how this changes my continued Journey. Ive made a full recovery from the stroke, so just continuing to try to live as healthy as possible. I notice I sleep much better on the days I use it. 🫶🏻 I’ve shared it with friends bc I’m completely impressed with the quality! Love it!
I'm absolutely loving my new lady cave! The sauna works great, the steam is fills up great in the booth. Very happy with my purchase!
So, let me tell you about my new favorite thing: the Thermax Steam Sauna. It's like having a spa day in the comfort of your own home, and I am here for it! First off, setting this baby up was a breeze. No complicated instructions or weird tools required. Just unpack, plug in, and you're good to go. Plus, it looks sleek and modern, so it fits right into my space without sticking out like a sore thumb. Now, onto the good stuff – the steam! Once I step inside, it's like a warm, cozy hug from the universe. The steam gets going fast and before I know it, I'm sweating out all the stress and toxins from the day. It's seriously detoxifying and leaves me feeling like a million bucks. But wait, there's more! I love that I can customize my sauna sesh with the adjustable temperature and timer. And don't even get me started on the aroma diffuser – it's like adding a cherry on top of an already amazing experience. Lavender oil, anyone? Overall, the Sauna has become a non-negotiable part of my self-care routine. Whether I need to unwind after a hectic day or kickstart my morning with some zen vibes, this sauna has got my back. So, if you're looking to up your relaxation game, do yourself a favor and get one of these bad boys. Trust me, your mind, body, and soul will thank you.
This Thermax steam cabin is the best! We all us it in the family with great pleasure. It is like having our own private spa area in our house. Excellent effect on the body, completely relaxed everytime we use it. Big thanks to this company for making such a product 👍
So I knew it would work, from the extensive review's. But the moment I enter this hot atmosphere which I still need to take a thermometer in to see top heat. It does the job, I sweat deeply at 9 in 7 mins. And no matter the time or what’s needed I feel like a million bucks exiting my home sauna. I’ll start ice baths next week, which I’m sure will have a similar outlook. For the deal, cost, and convenience this is the best thing since sliced bread on the market. Thank you Thermax!!! D
I like the tub and the sauna both purchased at the same time. Came quite fast and easy to set setup. I have the square one which fits well against a wall. The steam is generous also.
I hat the hat that I was very happy about, the sauna is also a great purchase. I recommend especially at this cost.
Got wrong light color... they sent me the correct one after a few days.
I love this sauna! It works great and has made a huge difference for my quality of sleep and I have seen my BP improve after using for a few weeks! If you are thinking about it, just do it. It’s worth it!

I absolutely love this sauna! I have always wanted one but could never afford a built-in home sauna. However, the Thermax portable sauna is a game changer! It is versatile, affordable, and highly effective! I feel so much better and my sinus problems are no more! The red-light therapy is also awesome! Definitely a must buy!

What a purchase, these are the best. It heats up within 8 minutes and i usually do around 15 minutes , then into my ice bath for 8-10 minutes. My skin feels fab. The support team are great as well and will answer any questions very quickly
It is definitely life changing and I feel like I go in it more often because of it being in my home . It’s also compact so I’m able to fit it in my studio apartment.
My girlfriend and I absolutely love the Sauna and the ice tub, it’s fun and makes you feel great when you’re done. As a sports athlete from Alaska my body takes the tole after a hard day riding snowmobiles, snowboards or playing hockey, but the next morning if I cold plunge and steam my soreness is hardly noticeable and I am awake and alert first thing. These products have been game changers for me! Thank you!
Thermax Sauna tent and cold plunge tub are incredible products!! Must have for optimal mental and physical peak performance !! Hypdrotherapy life ; for life :)
I am very happy with my purchase of the Thermax Sauna (and ice tub). It has helped with my personal wellness in many ways since engaging in regular use. Would recommend highly. Great quality for the price, easy to set up and easy to use.
Wow! I love the steamy sauna after workouts and before bedtime; add some drops of essential oil to the steam output and it is divine! Mine has the infrared light, customer service was highly attentive when that part was initially missing, grateful for that! It seems light and maybe you question how light when assembling it, but it WORKS and has all the steam you need to really feel great and detoxify! Use nearly everyday for 2 weeks, love ❤️ it!!!
Easy set up and lots of steam - love it!
Love it! Use It everyday !!!
Delivery was a little slower then I expected however when received, it was worth the wait. Absolutely love my portable ice bath and the sauna. Plenty of room and the cover is nice and secure. Would highly recommend 👌🏻
Everything was simple to assemble but since I did it by myself, I had a little trouble aligning the sauna cover. After I got it together, I was TOTALLY pleased. 😃
